Kill the alarm clock! 
The art of time-management makes it possible to live at a high speed with an alarm clock at your side, and still be free from stress. Do you have an alarm clock? I deem that, almost every one of us has an alarm clock. In the morning, it can call you up in time to avoid being late for your work.
However, there is a saying that, kill our alarm clock. What is the reason? If there is no alarm clock, what your life will be? The societal damage inflicted by alarm clocks used to regulate sleep is unforgivable. An alarm clock that interrupts your sleep damages your memories, your ability to learn, your mood and temper, your relationships with other people, your ability to focus and your overall intellectual performance!
After reading it, will you give up your alarm clock? If for me, I would not, for I can’t get up without alarm clocks. And I would lose my job and lost of worse, terrible things will happen on me.
One day, I wear my beloved lycra zentai, and adding a pair of glasses frame to go to a store selling alarm clock. I selected one alarm clock like a cat. And I paid the money for it and went away.

Having a pair of youthful hands 
When we hear about wrinkles and skin aging, most of us think or our faces and necks. This is a vital issue for people, especially for women. Women spend much money or time on their skin caring. The only purpose is to drive those bothersome wrinkles away.
And the answers that you should be carefully ask and pay attention is the women’s age. Don’t ask a woman’s age easily at any occasion. Because they don’t want to let you know that, she is an old woman. Every one girl wants to keep them look young even without those charming Sexy Lingerie or Cosplay Costumes. So they usually keep their age as a secret.
However, the earliest signs of aging are revealed in our hands. When you shake hands with your clients, or customers, you will easily expose your age to others even you want to keep it a secret. So owning a pair of youthful hands can help you hide you true age. So start with a pair of youthful hands first. The issue of mine is that my hands are quite dull, not white. It seems that my liver has something wrong.
Often neglected, hands need to regular care. Frequent contact with water and chemicals, sun, cold weather, and gardening all add stress and age to the skin of your hands. So in order to having a pair of beautiful hands, first, you should avoid touch them as more as possible.
While hands do not have many oil glands, they nonetheless reveal your age earlier than your pampered face.

It only takes you 21 days to make a habit 
Remember, it only takes 21 days of doing something to make it a habit. Do you have something to urge to make it a habit, especially those good habits in our work and life? You can have a try, sticking to them and you'll form a habit 21 days later.
Ok, in you daily life, do you usually eat those junk foods? Here is a suggestion for you: Limit junk food or don’t eat it at all.
Whatever junk food you have in your kitchen, throw it out and replace it with healthy foods and snacks. People usually can't control us when we are hungrey or is insanely doing something, they often don't know what they are doing. For example, when a girl broke up with this boyfriend, she maybe eat lots of snacks without result. Because at that time, her whole body is insensible, numb. Some people usually show the crazy character when they are crazily doing a thing. And some maybe would tear up the true religion jeans or the tiffany earrings their lovers purchased to them.
So keep in mind tha,t "Look into other ways to comfort yourself and think of food as nutrition, not entertainment or emotional fodder."
We should love ourselves no matter what things happend. Because our health is our life. Make it a priority.

Simbar in "The Lion King" 
I am quite sleepy now. I want to sleep. Yesterday, after returning home, i read the newspaper and then took a cleaning for my face. And then i saw a movie, the lion king. I finally finished see this movie. It is a long time ago that i saw it. But at that time, i just saw little of the beginning.
Yesterday, i finished the first part, "The Lion King". And then, i continued to see the second part, "Simbar's Pride". For the little daughter of Simbar, she is a beautiful, celver, and brave tiger. And Simbar was also a very cute tiger in his childhood. I like his voice, so gentle. Simbar and Na'na is happy. Simbar is not only a good king, but also a good husband, a father. I like him.
After i saw the first part of The Lion King, i had a rest. I know that if i can't have a good sleep, i would be sleep tomorrow. I had a sleep for around one hour. Before i went to bed, i took out of my moncler online and tiffany earrings. I don't like to wear so heavy coat to sleep even it is quite cold very much.
Simbar, is so cute. So is his little daughter.

Let our body have a rest for one day  
Are you one of such kinds of persons? You like shopping so much that can spend whole days on doing it? Are you?
And second one, you are fond of makeup. You have fake eyelashes, your hair is dyed or you have hair extensions. For this sentence, I hold a dissenting attitude to it. Maybe you would say, every one want to pursue the beauty and fashion. That means that, every one want to become more charming. Therefore, many women will like make up. As a saying, there is no ugly woman, only lazy women. Women can be beautiful as long as you are willing to take time on yourself. But, for me, I don’t like the fake eyelashes, even if it can make my eyelashes looks more long and black.
In addition, I always don’t like my hair dyed. Because it will do heavily harm to my hair. “You believe that clothing can be uncomfortable but it should be beautiful and fashionable.” At least for me, I am not this kind of person. I want to all my clothes I bought suit my body, and the next one I would consider is its comfort and beauty which bring to me.
The next one is, you go on diets on the regular basis and wear high heels every day. Sometime, we need to let our feet and leg a rest.

They play an important role in maintaining the health of our skin.

Women in ancient times 
In the 17th Century, girls were sent to dame-schools at an early age. They were not normally taught much book learning, but were taught how to be a good housewife, and were taught to be gentle. I think that it is the main reason that in ancient time, all women would be left at home to do housework.
They were taught how to cook. They were also taught how to spin and weave and knit, learn fine embroidery, not only for home wear but for the shops. Usually, those complicated stitches were taught to the girls. For fine knitting and weaving were paid well.
Sometimes, the girls were taught how to create fashion trends by having initials knit into mittens, clothes and stockings. The creative alphabet was knit into mittens and sometimes even a verse of poetry. Once, a fashion trend, paper flowers was quite popular in ancient times.
We can see from this, in ancient time, girls have more abilities and skills than girls in the modern world.

Your dream bag 
Yesterday, I was wandering around the streets with my friends. We passed a coach bag store. And the signature of “C” caught my eyes obviously.
